Our Birth School is a course preparing women for giving birth and motherhood. It is constantly heard that birth schools aren`t necessary, because women gave birth without them in the past.
Our civilization has changed the model of a family life. Women`s careers set them in places where they normally do not have any access to children. The time of the birth of one of their children enables the first contact with a child. Birth School tries to help mothers-to-be prepare mentally and physically for birth and parenthood.
